to squaddies: about the latest squad problems and stuff...actually right, it is through problems and stuff that we bond together, so right, we should like just let things be coz there will always be a happy ending. anyway right, I don't really see what squad problems we have except the fact that some sqdm can't attend squad meetings, lunch, recess, study hours etc. honghong's idea about the notebook where we record squad meetings and attendance or whatever is a good idea...coz like amelia said, nxt time we will grow old and look back and we can remember fond memories.

actually, about some sqdm not attending squad gatherings right, maybe it is coz they don't feel sense of belonging to the squad. so in conclusion, it is not totally their fault. so right, we should like try to make our squad more 'family' and more interesting. i think my phrasing is very unclear...
